Fullwidth / Vaporwave Fonts
fullwidth styles
The fullwidth group within fullwidth / vaporwave fonts — 1 styles.
Fullwidth spaces letters out to the width of a CJK character, producing the stretched look associated with vaporwave design.
Where these characters come from
These are the fullwidth forms, encoded so Latin letters could align to the same grid as Chinese, Japanese and Korean characters in fixed-width typesetting.
Worth knowing before you use them
Every character is roughly twice the usual width, so text runs out of space fast. In a short bio it is striking; in a sentence it wraps awkwardly.
Where this family earns its place
Fullwidth is a strong stylistic statement and works best in very short strings — a two-word handle, a single line. The doubled character width makes it striking in isolation and unreadable in bulk. It also breaks awkwardly across lines on narrow screens, so check it on a phone.
Every style here, and how each one works
The method matters more than the name: it determines whether your letters are replaced, recased or merely marked, and that in turn decides how the result behaves when pasted into a field that validates its input.
