Questions
How does a fancy text generator work?
Your keyboard letters are swapped for look-alike characters that already exist in Unicode — mathematical alphabets, circled letters, small caps and so on. Nothing is an image or an embedded font, so the result is plain text that travels anywhere.
Will these styles show up on every app?
Most do, but support depends on the fonts installed on the reader's device. Bold, italic and small caps are the safest. Rarer blocks can fall back to empty boxes on older phones, so preview before posting.
Can I use this text in a username or bio?
Often yes, though some platforms restrict which character ranges a username may contain. Bios and posts are usually far more permissive than handles.
Is the styled text still searchable?
Usually not. Because the characters are different code points from ordinary letters, search and screen readers treat them as separate symbols. Keep important keywords in normal text.
Does any of this cost anything or need an account?
No. Everything runs in your browser, nothing is uploaded, and there is no sign-up.
